How to create and manage payrolls in RightERP software?

Summary

In a store setup, payrolls feature helps to create and manage payroll for an employee.

In this quick tutorial, you will learn about the following

  1. Creating a new payroll.
  2. Viewing a payroll. 
  3. Editing a payroll.
  4. Deleting a payroll. 
  5. Searching the payroll. 
  6. Sorting a payroll.
  7. Filtering a payroll.

Steps

1. How to create a new payroll ?

  • In the side menu, select HR (Human Resource), click on Payrolls and click on New Payroll.
  • In the new payroll panel, click on Employee ID and choose an employee id from the dropdown for whom you want to generate the payroll.
  • Now enter all the details like basic salary, allowances, bank account number, ifs code. Date of join will automatically gets retrieved based on employee id.
  • Then click on save button after giving all the details.

2. How to view a payroll?

  •  You can view the details of the payroll by selecting view in the action overflow menu.

  • Here you can view all the details of the return request.
  • Click on done to go back 

3. How to edit a payroll ?

  • To edit the goods return by customer, select edit in action overflow menu.

  • Make required changes in the edit payroll page and click on update button.
  • A dialogue box with the message that payroll details updated successfully
  • Then, click on ok.

4. How to delete a payroll? 

  • In the action overflow menu select the delete option to delete a payroll.

  •   A delete confirmation message will displayed in a dialog box with two buttons(Yes/No) & click on Yes in this instance.
  •   A popup displays on screen with the message Payroll deleted successfully.

5. How to search for a payroll?

  •  In the list, you can search for a payroll by employee name.

  • In the list, you can search for a payroll by employee id.

6. How to sort payrolls? 

  • You can sort the payrolls list by employee name, by a click on arrow icon next to employee name

  • You can sort the payrolls list by employee id, by a click on arrow icon next to employee id.
  • You can sort the payrolls list by doj(date of join), by a click on arrow icon next to doj(date of join).
  • You can sort the payrolls list by basic salary, by a click on arrow icon next to basic salary.
  • You can sort the payrolls list by allowances, by a click on arrow icon next to allowances.

6. How to filter payrolls? 

  • You can filter the payrolls list according to the store/branch.
  • Click on branch name and select the store/branch of which you want to see the payrolls list.
  • Here jubilee hills branch is selected and you are seeing jubilee hills branch employees payrolls list.
