How to view dashboard?
When superadmin login with the credentials, dashboard get displayed immediately after login.

1. How to view today’s sale?
Here in the dashboard panel, in the top selection, you can see Today’s sales data. In here the current day data will be displayed, i.e. today’s date, total sales amount and total invoices generated.
Here, you can also see the other branches current date sales by selectingbranch name from branch dropdown. In this instance choosing jubliee hills branch.
2. How to view monthly sale?
Next you move to monthly sales. Monthly sales are the amount of invoices in monthly bases. Here the taxable amount, tax amount and total amount will be displayed.
Here, you see it also displays on selected branch/store.
3. How to view total receivables?
Next, you move to Total Receivables. Receivables are amounts owed to a business/company from its customers. These are divided as Current receivables and Overdue receivables. Current receivables are receivables that are past due beyond the payment due date thereof. Overdue receivables are receivables that are past the payment due date. You can see month-wise receivables. For current month, you have 2,346344.00 rupees current receivables & 5,76,855.00 rupees overdue receivables.
4. How to view top expenses?
Next, you move to top expenses. Here you can see a pie chart, each color representing a different category of expenses.
5. How to view total expenses?
Next, you move to total expenses. Here the graph represents total current value of the company. You can see month-wise expenses.
6. How to view income and expenses?
Next, you have Income & Expenses graph that represents Total Income & Total Expenses data for the selected fiscal year. In the bar graph, Green Bars represent Total Income values & Orange Bars represent Total Expenses value/amount. For the financial year 2022, rupees 23,46,344.00 is the Total Income & 1,60,700.00 rupees is the Total Expense for the company. Like this, you get a quick view of Income & Expenses for the selected financial year.
7. How to view stock management?
Next, you move to Stock Management section. It gives quick insights into Stock at Hand & Stock Sold quantities. Here also you can see the details of the monthly outflow of stock and stock at hand. In the graph, the Y axis indicates Quantity/Count of the stock & the X axis indicates Stock at Hand & Stock Sold bars. So, in the March month, 904 QTY of the stock is available.
